You will own significant chunks of AVOLA's product surface — from the family graph data layer to the user-facing experience. Strong React Native or React, comfortable with Node.js and FastAPI, ML pipeline experience a plus.

ApplyWe do not run leetcode interviews. We do not run multi-round panel reviews. We hire by working together on a small piece of real work — usually a 2–4 hour paid take-home rooted in something we are actually solving, followed by a working conversation about your approach.
What we look for: clear thinking under ambiguity, taste in execution, willingness to disagree with founders when you think we are wrong, and a track record of shipping things that mattered.
What we do not look for: brand-name credentials. We have hired and will hire people from non-traditional backgrounds when the work product is strong.
