These terms govern use of the EpicureAI Labs website and the Forsight platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and EpicureAI Labs Private Limited ("EpicureAI Labs", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. They apply to your use of epicureailabs.com and to any access to or use of the Forsight platform ("Forsight" or "the Platform").
By using this website or the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Forsight is an AI workforce readiness platform. It connects to an organisation's HR management system, produces a verified AI readiness score for each employee measured against role expectations defined by that organisation, and generates a development plan tied to the organisation's deployed AI tools.
Forsight is typically deployed white-label through partner platforms — HRMS providers, learning-and-development companies and staffing firms — under the partner's own brand. Where you access Forsight through such a partner, your relationship for that service is governed by the agreement between you (or your employer) and that partner, and by the partner's own terms and privacy notice, in addition to these Terms.
Access to Forsight for organisations and partners is provided under a separate written commercial agreement (for example, a master services agreement, order form or partner agreement). Pricing, assessment volumes, service levels, data-processing terms and support are set out in that agreement. Where its terms conflict with these Terms in respect of the paid service, the signed commercial agreement prevails.
You agree not to misuse the website or the Platform. In particular, you may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; reverse-engineer, resell or create a competing product from the Platform; submit unlawful, infringing or deliberately false data; or use the Platform in any way that breaches applicable law or the rights of others.
Forsight produces assessments, readiness scores and development recommendations intended to support employee growth and workforce planning. These outputs are decision-support inputs only. They are probabilistic, may contain errors, and should not be used as the sole basis for any hiring, promotion, compensation, disciplinary or termination decision.
The organisation deploying Forsight remains solely responsible for its own employment decisions and for compliance with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination and labour laws. Forsight is not a substitute for human judgement or professional HR, legal or career advice.
The Platform, its underlying models, agent pipeline, scoring methodology, software, documentation and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of EpicureAI Labs. Subject to the applicable commercial agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Platform to you.
Data you or your organisation supply to the Platform remains yours. You grant EpicureAI Labs the rights necessary to process that data to provide the service, as further described in our Privacy Policy and in the applicable data-processing terms.
References to Stanford University (Launching Your Startup) and the Indian School of Business (Product Management) indicate programmes pursued by members of the EpicureAI Labs team. EpicureAI Labs and Forsight are offered independently and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those institutions. All other trademarks, product names and company names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EpicureAI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website or the Platform. Our aggregate liability arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the fees actually paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it, or, where the applicable commercial agreement specifies a different cap, the cap stated there.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Where you use the paid Platform under a commercial agreement, changes are handled as set out in that agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
