These terms govern use of the EpicureAI Labs website, our products, and enrolment in the AI Engineering Intensive.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and EpicureAI Labs Private Limited ("EpicureAI Labs", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. They apply to your use of epicureailabs.com, to any of our products you access, and to enrolment in the AI Engineering Intensive ("the Programme").
By using this website or enrolling in the Programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or enrol.
Enrolment in the Programme is open to engineering students in their pre-final or final year of study, and to graduates, from any branch. By applying you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement. Applicants below the age of eighteen require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
The Programme is a paid training programme. To state this plainly and without ambiguity:
Strong performers may be considered for a limited number of paid internship opportunities at EpicureAI Labs or associated ventures, based on individual capstone evaluation. Any such opportunity is competitive, discretionary and subject to business need. It is not a promise and forms no part of what you purchase.
Enrolment includes thirteen weeks of live, interactive sessions; work on live product problem statements; access to the reverse-pitch sessions with participating industry leaders; a Certificate of Industry Training upon successful completion; and the capstone portfolio and showcase.
Guest participation in the reverse pitch is subject to confirmation and availability. We may substitute guests, adjust the sector mix, or reschedule sessions where necessary, and will notify enrolled participants of material changes.
The Guided Incubation Award is in-kind support valued at up to ₹2,00,000, which may include engineering time, cloud and AI-tooling access, founder mentorship, incorporation guidance and investor introductions. It is not a cash grant.
The Award is made at EpicureAI Labs' sole discretion. We may award it to one team, split it across teams, or make no award at all if in our judgement no capstone meets the required standard. Participation in the Programme creates no entitlement to the Award. Detailed award terms are shared at enrolment.
The Programme fee is ₹29,999, exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes are charged in addition at the prevailing rate. Fees must be paid in full by the date stated in your offer in order to confirm your seat. Seats are capped and admissions run on a rolling basis until the cohort is full.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree to attend sessions in good faith, to complete your own work, and to treat other participants, mentors, staff and guest speakers with respect. We may suspend or terminate enrolment without refund where a participant harasses others, plagiarises work, shares proprietary materials or credentials, disrupts sessions, or breaches confidentiality.
All Programme curriculum, session recordings, written materials, code samples, product architecture and documentation remain the property of EpicureAI Labs. They are licensed to you for personal learning use only. You may not redistribute, republish, resell or use them to deliver competing training.
Where you contribute to EpicureAI Labs products or codebases during the Programme, that contribution and all associated intellectual property vests in EpicureAI Labs. Nothing in the Programme transfers any interest in AVOLA, Forsight or any other EpicureAI Labs product to you.
You retain ownership of original work you create for your own capstone, excluding any EpicureAI Labs materials, codebases or third-party components incorporated into it. Where a capstone is developed further with EpicureAI Labs, any commercial arrangement is agreed separately and in writing. No such arrangement arises automatically from enrolment.
Problem statements presented in the reverse pitch may contain confidential information belonging to the presenting organisation. You agree to treat such information as confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the Programme.
References to Stanford University (Launching Your Startup) and the Indian School of Business (Product Management) indicate frameworks from programmes pursued by members of the EpicureAI Labs founding team and adapted for this cohort. The Programme is offered independently by EpicureAI Labs and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stanford University or the Indian School of Business.
References to Y Combinator's Requests for Startups indicate publicly published problem areas used as source material. EpicureAI Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Y Combinator.
All other trademarks, product names and company names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
AVOLA is a nutrition execution platform. It is not a medical device, sits outside CDSCO certification scope, and does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinical care. It executes a diagnosis made by a qualified medical practitioner. Always consult your doctor regarding any medical condition, medication or dietary change.
Forsight produces assessments and development recommendations intended to support employee growth. Its outputs are decision-support inputs only and should not be used as the sole basis for any employment decision. Employers remain solely responsible for their own employment decisions and for compliance with applicable employment law.

Sessions covering incorporation, cap tables, fundraising or startup finance are educational in nature and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EpicureAI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, opportunity, employment prospects, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website, our products, or participation in the Programme. Our aggregate liability arising from the Programme shall not exceed the Programme fee actually paid by you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the date of your enrolment governs your participation in that cohort. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
