What you can expect if you withdraw from the AI Engineering Intensive, or if we are unable to run a cohort.

This policy applies to the AI Engineering Intensive ("the Programme") offered by EpicureAI Labs Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before making payment.
The Programme fee is ₹29,999, exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes are charged in addition. A seat is confirmed only once the fee has been received in full.
You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund of the Programme fee if you notify us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of payment, provided this notice is received before the cohort start date. Applicable taxes already remitted to the authorities are refunded only to the extent recoverable.
If you cancel more than seven days after payment but before the cohort start date, we refund 75% of the Programme fee. The retained amount covers seat reservation, administrative processing and the opportunity cost of a capped cohort.

Week 3 is the point at which the reverse pitch takes place, capstone teams are formed and problem statements are allocated. Withdrawal after that point affects other participants, which is why no refund is available.
In place of a refund, you may request a one-time deferral to the next scheduled cohort, provided the request is made in writing before the end of week 2 and a seat is available. Deferral is granted at our discretion, carries no additional fee, and may be requested only once. A deferred seat that is not taken up is treated as a withdrawal at the point of the original deferral request.
If we cancel a cohort before it begins, or postpone the start date by more than fourteen days and you do not wish to accept the new dates, you receive a full refund of the Programme fee. If we discontinue a cohort after it has begun for reasons attributable to us, we refund the fee on a pro-rata basis for the sessions not delivered.
Where enrolment is terminated for breach of the participant conduct provisions in our Terms of Service — including harassment, plagiarism, sharing of proprietary materials, or breach of confidentiality — no refund is payable.

Send a written request from the email address used at enrolment to founder@epicureailabs.com, stating your full name, the cohort you enrolled in, the date of payment and the reason for withdrawal. Requests are acknowledged within three working days.
Approved refunds are processed within fifteen (15) working days of approval, to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Any question about this policy may be sent to founder@epicureailabs.com before you enrol. We would rather answer it in advance than have you join on a misunderstanding.
